Results of the elections of new members of the ECOS Executive Council (EC)

Eight candidates for EC memberships were recommended by this year’s Executive Director (the Chair of the ECOS 2025 conference) Dr. Assaad Zoughaib, and submitted to the ECOS Secretary Dr. Enrico Sciubba who conducted their election by the Long-Term EC membership, as dictated by the bylaws. ECOS is grateful to Drs. Zoughaib and Sciubba to run this important but somewhat arduous process.

On 5/23/2025, Secretary Dr. Sciubba reported that all eight candidates were approved for EC membership by the ballot.

They are:

• Dr. Wojciech Bujalski, Poland
• Dr. Marc Clausse, France
• Dr. Nasrin Arjomand Kermani, Denmark
• Dr. Vincent Lemort, Belgium
• Dr. Eden Mamut, Romania
• Dr. Hiram Ndiritu, Kenia
• Dr. Pierre Neveu, France
• Dr. Tetsuya Wakui, Japan
